WEEK 9 (2.10.2017 -- 6.10.2017)

For this week, we had been asked to submit the draft for chapter 1, 2 and 3 of the report to our supervisor. Since we got the problem with our component, we just submit the draft for chapter 1 and chapter 2 only.

We also start to test the alarm circuit on breadboard and then we start to solder it. After that, we also try to troubleshoot the circuit and then solve the problem when the circuit not functioning.

WEEK 8 (25.9.2017 -- 29.9.2017)

For this week, we had a problem regarding the motors, one of them had been broke because of the over electric flow. We had put the current too much or over the limit for the motor. It is our mistake for not check the current flow for the transformer. We had overcome the problem with buy the new one and also read carefully the data sheet for the transformer.

We also start to make the alarm sensor circuit.

Alarm button.
This circuit is function to alert the people around when we get disturb or in dangerous situations like getting assault. The circuit will function when we push the button and the circuit will produce police alarm sound. It will scared the criminal because they can attracted the people around.

The component we used is

Resistor 10M, 100k, 1M, 47k, 100ohm, capacitors, electrolytic capacitors, NPN transistor, push button switch, switching diode, and ic LM358.

WEEK 7 (11.9.2017 -- 15.9.2017)

For this week, we had our FYP workshop regarding how to write chapter 3 (methodology) and chapter 4 (result and analysis)

METHODOLOGY

For our project, we had used 4 pieces of 3V-12V DC vibration motor, switch and powerbank (output 5V/2.1A) as our power supply. We have some problem for the supply since we want to use it for all the motors at the same time. The output voltage seems not enough for the motors. So we had come with an idea to use the step up transformer to increase the voltage for the motors so it can be run at the same time.

WEEK 6 (4.9.2017 -- 8.9.2017)

For this week, we had go to Jalan Pasar, Pudu to buy the thing needed for our ‘anti-lost’ circuit. The thing needed in our circuit are:

ARDUINO UNO AND JUMPER

BUZZER AND RESISITOR 220 OHM

ULTRASONIC SENSOR HR-S04

The function of this circuit is when the jacket missing in the house we still can find it. This circuit is called distance sensor, when the object near the circuit it will produced a sound. This circuit is required coding to completed it.

WEEK 5 (28.8.2017 -- 1.9.2017)

For this week, we had done continuity test for our DC vibration motor and also the switch. The reason we done this test is to check if there is current flows through our components. The power supply is from the power bank.

WEEK 4 (21/8/2017 -- 25/8/2017)

For this week, we had our FYP workshop. The lecturer in charge had explained to us how to write the chapter 1 (introduction) and also chapter 2 (literature review).

Introduction
In this chapter, we state the reason why we do this project. It is more to help the people who had the problem regarding the back pain due to several reason such as sit for too long, ages, workaholic especially for labour and also their daily lifestyle. Besides, we also state that our product can be found if the user had misplaced.

Literature Review
In this chapter, we made some research and explore more about medical therapy. There are many medical therapy that have been used in this world, and some of them had been practised since ancient times such as acupuncture and placing the hot stones at the pain area.

The figure shows the spot area that the needles need to be put during acupuncture.

The figure shows the hot stones had been put on the patient’s body at the pain area to relieve the pain.

Besides, we also search the existing product that have similar function with our product

The difference between the existing product and our product are:

WEEK 15 (13.11.2017 – 17.11.2017)

For this week, we had done our project and just need a little touch up before the exhibition which is on 15 th November 2017. Besides, we ...
